ResourceX is leading an ELGL Cohort to support the creation and application of data
needed to communicate and make organizational decisions that impact every citizen’s welfare, and influence the resiliency of every organization.
The Super User team in Fort Saskatchewan, John Dance, Shannon Andruchow, and Marley Hanrahan created an environment where City staff and Elected Officials now have a shared programmatic language. This ability to communicate at the program level provides access to crucial data and provides the ability to make data-driven decisions that impact the community and the organization. Their 2021 Operating Budget is evidence of this increased communication by illustrating necessary resources at the program level, putting PBB at the forefront of the discussion. Their hard work provides us the honor of congratulating them on achieving ResourceXcellence in Communication, Accessibility and Accountability.

The ResourceX Leadership Initiative launched in the spring of 2019. Eric Keck, VP of Customer Success at ResourceX, designed it to create the space for leadership development among our PBB community. The course consists of training, support, and a capstone project, all tied to the development of proficiency and mastery of their own PBB data.* Three cohorts of leaders have undertaken the ResourceX Leadership Initiative. The resulting capstone projects inspire and amaze us at ResourceX and have been put into practice through real-world application in several organizations.
