One of the most difficult things for PBB practitioners is carving out the space and time to develop plans for taking action on their data. We all fall victim to the tyranny of the urgent and get swept up in our daily work of just ensuring that our communities and our services are running well. The difference between good communities and great communities is their ability to create the space for strategic experimenting on calculated hypotheses that lead to successful and meaningful change. While this sounds great and simple enough, why aren't more organizations doing this?
At ResourceX, we commit to creating the space necessary to take calculated risks and perform experiments that will help lead to new breakthroughs in both our product and strategy for impacting our clients. We want the organizations that we work with to experience this same thing, so towards that end, we are kicking off our third leadership initiative on February 12th. The leadership initiative is designed to intentionally create the space for learning, discussion, planning and action on our client's data. This seven week online course is designed to assist with leadership, communication, RX tool proficiency and, most importantly, the creation of a bold action plan for experimenting with a solution to a challenge facing a client organization. The culmination of the course in week seven, is the presentation of a capstone project. It may sound academic and a little scary, but our past participants have been able to put together some incredible projects that are leading their organizations to success. It is my hope that your organization will want to do this as well.
If you are interested in this next leadership course or for more information about the program, please do not hesitate to reach out to me or any of your ResourceX implementation specialists. We are here for your success and for assisting you with taking action on your data. Happy New Year!
